Trust Is Very Important In Every Relationship

When you consider what can quickly kill a relationship you often will skip over the obvious answer, fear. Its a cause of hate, and fear can also kill that relationship quicker than you may realize. A person who is afraid will be one that will often push love away and that will be you if you're the person who is showing them love. Fear is something that could be deep inside of a person and they often may not even realize the cause of the fear.

When you are in a relationship they need to have a good trust and you must be committed to each other. But when fear inserts itself it can often cause a breakdown in the relationship. It could come out in a fear that your partner may have cheated on you, and will break down the trust that a person has in their partner. Or it could be something else, but when fear is released it will often worm itself deep into the brain of the person who experiences it. That will cause all kinds of problems in a relationship and will often not stop until the relationship is ruined.

Still other people may simple be feared that they will be abandoned. It may be something that will be from their childhood even. Perhaps they had a parent who left and never came back. It will insert into their mind that when they are involved with a person that person may abandon them. Often times it will take a long time before they will relax enough to be able to hear from the other person that they will not leave them alone. Fear is something again that will continue to create problems in the persons mind even when they continue to hear from their partner that everything is fine.

If you feel that you are a person who is having a problem with fear, there are a few things that may help you out.

You need to be real with yourself. Try and control the fear and dont use it as an excuse or something that will get in the way. Many people will use that fear as an excuse for the way they act with their loved ones. Instead of taking the blame for a situation they will continually say it was fear that caused the problem. Dont do this because it will allow fear to continue to have a hold on you.

Next, talk to a person who you trust. If youve finally admitted that fear has a hold on you, a person who you trust may be able to help you out a lot. Often times other people will see how we act around a loved one, things that we often will miss. They may be able to point out things to you that can help you control the fear. If you dont have a close person in your life seek out a counselor to discuss the situation with.

Face that fear and beat it. The next time you get into a relationship talk to the person about your fears. Tell them of the problems you've had before and they may be able to actually help you through the process.
