All Project Management Professional, (PMP), certified project managers must uphold the Project Management Institute, (PMI), code of ethics. You must be honest in all of your dealings, you must bring violations to the proper authorities, you must not engage in gossip or make comments that undermine another person's reputation. These are all worthy standards of conduct that should be pertinent to all project managers. The responsibility standard of conduct really sets you above the norm as it substantially reduces the risk an organization takes when using your services.
