Network marketing recruiting is so considerably less difficult not to mention fun if you master the simple art of handling objections. You see objections are in fact a great thing as much more frequently then not it demonstrates a prospect is serious nevertheless a lot more on that latter just realise handling objections is vital to your success.
I know when we joined our present upline we on purposely hit him with some serious objections just to see how he handled them and if he was the kind of guy we wanted training us in our network marketing recruiting. I ought to say though that he passed with flying colours. Not even a hint of the nervousness or paralyzing terror that used to grip us every time a person we thought was going to join raised objections. We're talking white knuckle stuff here ha ha.
Anyway its been a lengthy road but we can now confidently say one of our favourite parts of network marketing prospecting is when somebody hit's us with objections. Whereas just before we would have simply thought "Oh No, I truly thought they had been going to join!" We now realise each serious prospect prior to signing up may have objections end of story. It is just the nature of the beast!
It all comes down to the way which you manage the objections. You see an objection usually implies one of two things:
1. Your prospect is attempting to slow things down so as to steer clear of making any errors or jump into some thing they do not fully understand. Or....
2. They're as we did to our upline launching objections so as to test you to see how you handle them. They do this simply because they know by joining you they'll also be asked these exact same questions. They therefore wish to know if there are very good answers to these questions and what's more are you capable of answering the challenging questions without breaking a sweat.
So lets see some examples:
Network Marketing Recruiting Objection 1: How much money are you making?
This can be a question we get all of the time as I'm sure you do as well. Its truly a really poor question due to the fact they assume that whatever you're making or not making they'll to. I know fairly stupid!
Here's two of our very best answers:
"It's not about what we make, it's about what you are going to do."
Or
"How much of my money can you spend?" er ummh None? "Well then it really does not matter just how much I make then does it?" er no? "I might be making thousands or I could not be making a cent, it nonetheless does not alter the reality that this is a great opportunity."
Here's one more objection we personally love
Network Marketing Recruiting Objection 2: "I'm not sure if my wife would let me do this."
We would answer this instantly with. "Did your wife give you permission to stay in a job that you just hate and which is keeping you broke?"
Man we love this come back. You absolutely must remember though that once you ask a question like this the very next person to talk loses. We have had prospects stunned in dead silence for what seemed an eternity before they finally answered with a sigh followed by something like. "You're right lets do it."
Network Marketing Recruiting Absolute Need To Do!
The list of objections actually isn't that big and also you will find you consistently get the same ones over and over. Therefore with this in mind I encourage you to write these objections down and come up with some really great responses. If you take the time to learn these to the point in which they roll off your tongue naturally you will be well on your way to crushing it in this business.
