What is the hair loss process and why does it only affect some people? There are people who will age and not suffer from hair loss, while there are others who may become bald by age 30. So what is the difference? Since so many things can lead to hair loss it isn't the easiest question to answer. But everyone will lose some hair every day. It's thought that the average is around 100 strands of hair people will lose each day. If you've ever looked at the bottom of the shower while you washing you will see that hair there. Or when you comb it the hair will come out. It's a natural part of life to lose some hair every day. But it's when you see more excessive losses of hair during the day that you should worry. Watch to see or figure out why you are losing the hair. Is it due to stress, maybe you just recently had a death of a family member. Or perhaps you're going through a divorce. Both are very high stress times and with stress can come hair reduction. It's basically a chemical that is released by the body when you become stressed. That chemical will tell those hair follicles to stop making new hair. Or it won't grow, not until you have the stress under control. Seeking out ways to reduce the stress is something you should do. Either by seeking a doctor out, or find other ways. Support groups will help for some people. While others will need to find a completely different way to relax. Don't let hair falling out or stress control you. Remember you will have hair loss in general, just watch for those more serious hair loss problems. If you see them get into a doctor and see what is wrong. Some more serious illnesses will have a warning sign of hair loss. About the Author:
