The new Hyundai marks the companys vision to make it an inspirational brand in Europe. The i40 will be unveiled in estate form at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2011; the saloon version will be unveiled later in the year.

We expect the quality of the new i40 to continue the development of our image in Europe and attract new customers to the Hyundai brand.
The Hyundai i40 is the companys first D Segment car to be specifically designed and developed for the European market; it is designed and built at Hyundais European R&D facilities in Russelsheim, Germany. Newly released pictures of the car clearly indicate the new car will have Hyundais new design mantra fluidic sculpture, it has the brands signature hexagonal front grille and rakish lines which give the Hyundai i40 a dynamic, sporty appearance by connecting the front, side and rear profiles.
The new i40 will also represent Hyundais green and innovative credentials to the European car market, the new model boasts best in class performance and fuel economy, as well as very low CO2 emissions. The new car will be available alongside Hyundais other models such as a Hyundai Santa Fe dealer in Preston.
