I've also seen people tutor others in how to drive a stick shift (which is a little more common). We should forget about the stereotypes of those who take advantage of tutoring. Tutoring is not something that people should miss.
It's definitely an opportunity to learn something new. We all have some kind of interest that has pressed us for years. It might be strategizing on how to play Scrabble or Monopoly. There is a plethora of choices to choose from.
Tutors are great not only for school systems but everyone. Take advantage of one while you have the chance. It could be a life changing experience.
