subject: When's The Best Time Of Year To Buy A New Lexus? [print this page]

A relatively new car manufacturer when compared to similar brands such as BMW, Jaguar and Porsche, Lexus have been creating cars since 1989 as the luxury of arm of Toyota.

Reputed by many to be one of the best manufacturers to offer luxury cars to the masses of all time, Lexus dealers are regularly visited by people with all budgets.

However, whilst Lexus dealers do feature cars that are affordable to many, this doesn't necessarily mean that everyone can go out and buy them and the prices of a lot of the company's models are often just out of reach formany.

If you're on the fence as to whether you can afford a Lexus or not, though, it's important to understand that the cost of the cars will vary throughout the year, meaning that as long as you pick your time well, you're likely to be able to shave thousands off the price of the car that you're looking at.

Take the upcoming time immediately after Christmas and the New Year celebrations as an example.

The one thing everyone needs to buy a car - any car - is money, whether it's 500 pounds or 50,000 pounds.

And the one thing that most people don't have after Christmas is just that - money.

Therefore, you'll often find that if you can save up the money throughout the year to be able to head out in early January to Lexus dealers to see what they have available, you'll be able to take advantage of some great deals.

Another fantastic time to go out looking for a new Lexus is throughout the summer months.

Every company, generally irrelevant of how big or small they may be, will have a sale of some kind taking place throughout the summer months.

Capitalizing on the fact that more people will be out during the months of July and August than any other throughout the year, Lexus dealers will very often put on large promotions on their cars to entice the people who are out in their car to come in and see what's on offer.

Therefore, whilst you'll no doubt have a lot of competition with other buyers to be able to get the car you want (and also less room to haggle, as the salesperson is aware that if you don't want to buy the car at the price they're offering, there'll be someone else who will), there'll usually be sizeable discounts on the cars already.

The cars in Lexus dealers are more expensive than those at the lower end of the market, but what you have to remember is that you're getting what you pay for - luxury, class and quality.

And although you might think a Lexus is just out of your reach financially, the truth is that as long as you plan your time right during the year, you should be able to bring the price of the model that you're looking at down so that you can be driving around in a brand new Lexus.
