My review of Ultimate Flatulence Cure book by joseph arnold
When you are a child, there are few things funnier than breaking wind. Even at college, it was something that people joked about. But once I graduated and got a job in a bank, I began to realize that what makes kids laugh can cause real discomfort in adult company. I had to confess to myself that I had problem flatulence and, what was worse, I was reasonably convinced that I was causing it myself.
In among my research, I stumbled across a website that offered the Ultimate Flatulence Cure. Well, that sounded promising. I read through the site and by the end I was convinced that this could be the key for me to get rid of flatulence problems for good, and enjoy my future without the worry that people would be talking behind my back, that I would have to take days off because of digestive discomfort, and that romantic dinners would be something that happened to other people.
It turns out that I was right. The information in this book goes much further than other guides I have read, and far more than anything on a free internet site will tell you. The advice about healthy eating was absolutely what I needed, and the tips on exercise really changed things for me too. My work colleagues reliably inform me I look much younger than I did a few months ago.
This is a book filled with new information. Once upon a time I ate indigestion tablets like they were candy. If I had known then what I know now I would have tipped them in the bin. Joseph Arnold deserves credit for writing this book and, for the first time, bringing all of this information together in a guide that is easy to understand and full of common sense.
