Andrew Reynolds on Proving Business System Works Part Five

The reporter said he had looked at the two DVD's Andrew had given him and at the system instructions. He told Andrew it all seemed so easy. He was intrigued to see if it really works.

Andrew Reynolds explained that it is easy, but he didn't learn anything like this at business school. Although Andrew did go on a business course he said it was a waste of two years from his life. He didn't learn how to make money in this way, simply because they don't know about this type of system. It's taken Andrew two years to develop and finely-tune the system. Now he has it down to a fine art.

The first essential part of Andrew Reynolds system is that you take a year and divide it up into three or four segments. He explained to the reporter, in one segment of the year we put out a project and the cash comes in within a few days.

At Andrew Reynolds Bootcamp we saw that this is exactly the opposite of what normally happens in a business. His grandmother and dad both waited in for customers virtually every day of the year. Andrew Reynolds puts out for customers 3 or 4 times a year and that's it. He pulls in the cash during a segment of the year and then he's free to do other things until the next time he wants to make money.

The reporter was keen to know what sort of products Andrew Reynolds was talking about. Andrew Reynolds explained that we have maybe three or four specific types we sell. At the Bootcamp we learned how important it was to sell to niche markets as Andrew told the reporter we sell into different little niche hungry markets of people.

Andrew Reynolds also explained there was a common theme running through in the way we deliver what we publish.

The reporter was amazed at how much stuff there was in one product. Andrew Reynolds explained that's why it sells for 97. Andrew Reynolds explained the business model works so well, because the customer sends in money and then we produce the product and it's very simple, put it into a jiffy bag and send it off. The profit margins are very high. I have written more about this on: Andrew Reynolds on High Profits
