In part five of Andrew Reynolds Cash on Demand system he talks about the types of products and the high profit margins for this way of doing business. In the TV film he discusses this with the reporter, Glenn Thompson.
After Andrew Reynolds had explained he sells paper products - training manuals for the small business community - he showed the reporter he also sells DVDs.
There are crucial elements to these products. The pack of three DVDs Andrew Reynolds gave the reporter to look at was full of specific training for a niche market. The product was full of information that you can't get anywhere else.
The value of the product is in the information on the DVDs and that is why the product sells for around 67. Again, as with the paper products, a high profit margin.
At Andrew Reynolds Bootcamp we learned how he gets DVD products duplicated for as little as a quid a piece.
Andrew Reynolds showed the reporter another DVD product which sells for 997. The cost is 14 but it sells for nearly a thousand pounds. Again the price reflects the quality of the information in that pack which you can't buy anywhere else.
The selling method Andrew Reynolds uses and teaches is simple so long as you know what you're doing, so you do it right. This is how Andrew Reynolds explained it to the reporter, "I'm going out saying, I've got this thing. If you want it, go to this particular website, have a look at it and buy it straight away."
During the Andrew Reynolds Bootcamp we heard how this was the opposite to the normal retail model which is go out and buy a load of stock and then wait for customers. As Andrew Reynolds said with his model you wait for people to buy and then get their product made and sent to them. He also told us about an easy way of doing this. You don't have to do this part yourself you can use a fulfillment company. However, the model still works on getting the custom first and then fulfilling.
