Binder is the basic component should have a low radiation rate; filler composition, purity, particle size, shape, heat treatment effects, the dispersion in the paint and coating content and other factors can affect the radiation effects; other pigments , curing conditions and other factors also affect the coating emissivity. This paper focuses on metal filler, pigment and coating curing process on the infrared emission rate.
