I have two sons who love skiing, so during the summer holidays I take them on a skiing trip to Switzerland. It's become our annual trip as it holds a skiing competition every year and both my boys take part in it.
Last year eldest son came second in his age group and my youngest also came second in his age group. This year they are hoping to come first as they have been practising during the weekends at our local indoor ski slope.
It's the last half term holiday before school closes for the summer and we have decided to do shopping for our trip. I need to find out which shop sells children's ski clothes and children's skis, as both my boys have already grown out of last year's clothes.
This year my friend and her daughter will join us on our trip as her daughter also has a passion for skiing. They couldn't go with us last year because her daughter was very ill and had to cancel in the last minute. This year my friend has been putting on layers of clothes on her daughter so she doesn't fall ill.
We done our packing and got our tickets, and now we just waiting for the cab to arrive so we can go to the airport. To save us time, we checked-in on line and were given our boarding pass number. All we have to do when we get to the airport is print it out at the new ticket machines that are placed around the airport.
