Vitamin for hair loss - will it help?

Can you get a vitamin for hair loss? It depends. Do you want a vitamin to prevent or stop hair loss or if you want a vitamin to cause hair loss? Well, I guess it's not funny, but believe it or not this has a serious side. Vitamin A can do both. 5000 IU of vitamin A each day may help stop hair loss. 25,000 IU or more per day is toxic and a toxic effect is that the hair falls.

Hypervitaminosis

When taking any extra vitamins or nutrition, you must be sure to take the recommended amount. Some vitamins such as vitamin A may accumulate in your body and cause hypervitaminosis. Other vitamins can cause unpleasant side effects such as diarrhea, if taken in excess.

B Vitamins

B vitamins appear to prevent hair loss. Pantothenic acid (B5) is one of these vitamins. Inosotol and biotin are also important, such as niacin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12. These are all B complex vitamins and is found in meat, egg yolks and other foods.

Other vitamins

Other vitamins that help with thinning hair are vitamins C, E and A (in the right amounts). Vitamin E can cause hypertension and may interfere with clotting. Therefore, if you have high blood pressure or clotting problems, it makes sense to consult a doctor before taking it.

Minerals

Minerals magnesium, sulfur and zinc can help prevent hair loss.

Against dietary supplements

The big question is whether taking a vitamin supplement that helps with hair loss? There are two views on the use of a vitamin for hair loss - or anything else for that matter.

The first explanation is that Americans have a good variety of food available to us. If you eat a healthy diet with a good variety of foods, you should get all the nutrients you need without taking a supplement of any kind.

The other view is that the process of modern farming have depleted the food of some vitamins and natural minerals. Vitamins and minerals are lost when food is harvested early and travel long distances, or preservatives are added to them. People in this field believe that it makes sense to take vitamin supplements to replace vitamins that were lost.

Is there a vitamin for hair loss? Not exactly. However, it is important to have a good balanced diet with plenty of vitamins and minerals in it. You can get all the nutrients you need that. It may be useful to take a multivitamin and mineral supplement too.

But they have too much vitamin A. If you want your hair loss.
