Such a hair fall condition is called as Telogen Effluvium. There is one hair loss condition known as Alopecia Areata that is induced by stress and is severe. In this condition the white blood cells of the body act against the hair follicles and cause patchy hair loss.

Relaxation and good diet are two key things that can fight most of the hair loss conditions to prevent hair loss.
