I am asked this very question all of the time. I always answer it the same way. Yes, as long as you follow our step by step system. As we all know however, this does not happen very often and people tend to complicate things. This is why you need to make sure that your system is seamless.
PROSPECTING AND RECRUITING:
Your system should start out with prospecting and recruiting. After all you need a steady stream of highly pre-qualified leads in order to build your business.
Now are you going to purchase leads or are you going to produce them yourself? Make sure that what you do, you can teach others to do as well.
I personally develop 100% of my leads via the internet. I then teach my associates how to do exactly what I am doing. I do not hide any secrets from my team. As a matter of fact I spill my guts to my team on a team training website that I have developed. This website consists of articles,links and recorded audio trainings.
While building my business I teach people that there is no need to talk to friends and family any more. With the internet you have a very LARGE lake of very hungry fish sitting at your finger tips. Now all that you have to do is drop in the right bait and reel in the HOTTEST fish. Plug them into your system and let the hungriest fish JOIN your team. DON NOT try and sell someone on your opportunity. Let them look and listen to all of the information and make an informed decision.

TRAINING WEBSITE:
A team training website and resource center should be next on your list when it comes to your "system". From day one when a new associate joins my team they are able to visit one website and find all the information in very easy steps on how to be up and running in 24-48 hours. (Websites to marketing, prospecting to training). I used to send out a series of emails but found that a lot of people would erase the emails and then call with very basic questions that were initially in the emails that I had sent out. This took a lot of time away from my prospecting calls and slowed my personal sponsorship.
TRAINING CALLS!!!!
You should focus on training your new associates as fast as possible. Does your company offer weekly training calls? Do your upline leaders conduct training calls? DO YOU CONDUCT A TRAINING CALL FOR YOUR TEAM? Are these call recorded and posted on the team training website for all to listen to 24/7? If your answer is NO then I would look into setting it up asap. Ever since I launched my team training website my business has exploded. I get emails all the time saying thank you for the around the clock training information. You see, not everyone can attend the live training calls due to scheduling problems.
UPLINE SUPPORT:
Are you available to your team for support? If for any reason you are not available, is there some one else or maybe 2-3 other people that your team can contact? This is very important for the growth of your business. Without a support system people will fail! They may need to make a follow up call that is too late for you but maybe not for a team member in another time zone.
Take a close look at the system that you are using. If you are missing any parts of the system above, I recommend stepping up to the plate yourself and becoming a LEADER!
Develop the system and tools that you and your team will need to grow for years to come!
