Well, Ive been in the health and fitness industry for about 30 years now and I can honestly tell you, I have seen things come and go. A lot of it has been misleading. A lot of the information, a lot of the products that have been put out there have been basically lies.

What are the supplements that, really, that you invest your money into and you get something in return? Well, these are the four.
The first one is Omega-3s. Omega-3 is, basically, an anti-inflammatory meaning that when you ingest this, it helps you reduce the inflammation, the chronic inflammation in your body which, in turn, the inflammation is the very thing that makes you unhealthy. So, it helps you with that. Thats the Omega-3.
Now, the super GLA is an Omega-6. In combination of the two, this one helps the power of the Omega-3. So, this is great on its own, but with the Omega-6, the GLA, together they are wow. They are great together. So, remember these two.
The third one would be a multivitamin. All of us, no matter who we are, if we try to eat as well as we can, we still will fall through the tracks.
Something will fall through the cracks. I recommend a multivitamin for that reason only, because we cant always get all the nutrients that we need, but our bodies still need it. A good high-potency soft gel tablet will be great for a multivitamin.
Now, fourth, but obviously not least, Resveratrol. This is an anti-aging component. Its been highly recommended by a lot of the anti-aging experts. Im using it. Im 42 now. I can honestly tell you because the number one thing out of all of this that Im talking about would be the human diet.
