There are many folks that try article writing every day. However, many of them don't have the training to create a successful article so they will never be recognized on the search engines.
If you are serious about article writing and marketing, then you must learn the correct techniques right so that you will be ahead of the pack right from the start.
Here are 3 powerful techniques to use so you can be sure to write a successful article:
1) Keyword research. Keywords are the life blood of your article. It is what your visitors search for when they want information about a particular topic. When you are first beginning to write articles, you should create a table of keywords and keyword phrases that are used often as a search term for your product. You can get these keywords by doing using some of the free tools on the internet.
2) Write short articles. Writing articles is not like writing an ebook. You should keep your words to between 300 and 500. This is more than enough to get your main point across. You shouldn't tell everything you know about the subject. It's a good idea to use numbered or bulleted paragraphs to set your material apart. This makes it stand out and easier on the eyes to read.
3) Make articles scannable. Most people don't stop and read your entire article the first time they see it. They will look at the title and maybe scan your article to see if it might be of interest or help them with a problem they have. Make sure that your title is appealing and eye-catching because this is the first thing they see in your article.
