December has already started and I haven't even started my Christmas shopping yet. I always leave my shopping till last minute and run around like a crazy person. I have a habit of spending months on deciding what to buy for each person that when it comes to buying it, I have very little time.
I was hoping this year would be different but yet again I left it all to last minute. At least I have done the gift list so now it's all about the running around. I spent months doing the gift list, trying to decide what to get and now that it's finally complete I don't have the time to shop around.
I have taken a week off work, just to make up the time for shopping. Like every year I also asked my best friend to take some time off as I need all the help I can get. Without my friend I think I would be lost, she helps me every time I am in a mess and she also gives me the best Christmas gift ideas.
Before we start our Christmas shopping for everybody, we usually buy our gifts for each other. When we meet up, the first thing we do is have our coffee with a chocolate muffin and some good old gossip. Once we finish our gossiping we go our separate ways to buy gifts for each other.
We made a deal few years back that we will spend an hour in the shopping centre and buy whatever we find within that hour for each other. If we don't find anything within the time then we are not allowed to buy it any other time.
