Gravel production line
Gravel production line includes vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, cone crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, electric controlling system and dust catcher etc. The designed capacity ranges from 50t/h to 500t/h. To meet customers specific requirement, we can make different design to meet various needs.
The gravel production process is that: raw materials are evenly fed into the jaw crusher by vibrating feeder as primary crushing. Then the belt conveyor transfers the elementary products into impact crusher as secondary crushing. Then, the secondary products are separated into different sizes by the vibrating screen, and the stone which does not reach the required size will be return to the impact crusher for re-crushing.
