This is the second part of my writing about decorating bedroom. After you read my first article about the center view. This article will talk about lighting.
You can build your positive mood from lighting. You can build romantic situation by playing on the lighting. Romantic lighting is usually dim. That is why a romantic dinner is symbolized with candle light dinner.
Romantic lighting is best used at night. This lighting will give you relax and comfortable atmosphere and mood in which you can easily fall asleep. This dim light will make you sleep soundly.
If you want to read or study, you will need brighter lamp. Bright lamp will give better view when reading a book. This lamp is also used when you want to get dressed and putting on make up. Thus, you need to have two kinds of lamps. The dim lamp is used for sleeping; the brighter lamp is used for your activity.
You can have standing sleeping lamps. This lamp will give you dim light and decorate your room. You can choose metal or timber sleeping lamp. It depend on your rooms compositions. If your room is dominated by simple and modern furniture, it would be better if you use metal standing lamp. But if your room furniture is dominated by woods such as the closet and the floor, you can use timber standing lamp.
To give additional aesthetic touch on the corner of your corner, you can put it there. You can also complete its aesthetic value using small feather mat to cover the floor and make more beautiful room.
