There have Howl of Wrath (max in any build),Blade Storm, Earthquake and shock wave for your AoE build. These builds usually keep charge at level(aika gold) 1 so they can divert points into other skills. Some also don't even like the use of Earthquake (not much up on these).
1v1 build, basics max Charge, Howl of Wrath, Dragon Strike, Lion heart, Smash (if you want). These builds focus on dealing the most damage to a single target possible, possibly stun lock. They are not limited to having 1 or 2 AoE's like Earthquake or Shock wave. Blade storm is not an option because it takes up to many points.
Lion heart is great in any build regardless, it can add up to 236 skill damage. Blade storm will go from 700ish phy dam. to around 900ish. Only draw back is you have to match its level with the same level berserk.
As for passives like Dragonic or focused might, Dragonic is pretty much worthless in Pvp and Focused might is said to be needed in higher levels to stop from missing opponents but I do not think anyone has tried this for them selves yet.
Buffs like Howl of Glory, Howl of Valor, and Howl of fortitude: People like Valor over Glory because it raises base stats raising magic dam. and phy dam. as well. From what I've gathered so far Fortitude is only good for the resistances in Aika.
