Here are five traits of successful MLM leaders:
1. Succesful uplines begin with the end in mind. This trait is so powerful that Stephen Covey mentioned it in his book "The 7 Habits of Highly Succesful People". The truth, successful MLM sponsors set specific goals and they envision a particular outcome before they start moving. For example, before they present their business opportunity to any prospect, they first determine the needs and wants of that prospect, and they plan every move and action that will lead them to the desired outcome of sponsoring that prospect.
2. Effective MLM sponsors have a genuine connection with people. This is important. if you see people as mere dollar signs, you're in for a major business disaster. On the other hand, if you commit yourself to truly helping others succeed and building positive relationships, you will see more awesome results.
3. Great MLM leaders aim to develop influence. To sustain the growth of a huge downline, you need to have influence in large quantities. Why is influence important? It is important because it allows you to become the "pivot" of your downline organization. When you have influence, people listen to you, want to listen to you and join you.
