Being one of the four islands of South China Sea, Xisha Islands are like water lilies floating on a boundless expanse of blue water. There are so many kinds of fishes that you can not keep count of them, as people say: "there are half water and half fish in the sea of Xisha Islands."
Yongxing Island, the No.1 island of Xisha Islands is like a tropical plant park, where tropical plants grow thickly in all seasons. Dongdao Island is called "Birds' Paradise" with more than 60 thousands seabirds on the island. Far from the mainland, Qilian Island has white beach and clear sea water reaching the visibility of 40 meters, which form the best resources to dive.
There are many beautiful sea shells with different sizes, colors and shapes on the beach. In April and May each year, the interesting sea turtles will come to the beach to spawn.
Xisha Islands have many more miracles for you to discover, such as miles of coral reefs with queer shape, varied sea plants and kinds of fishes around the sea.
In recent years, there are many tourists to get into the mysterious island, but it doesn't officially develop the tourism, so you can only visit in the name of investigation or gathering material.
