Ramapo Catskill Library System (RCLS), established in 1959 is working to provide coordinated services, training, guidance and leadership to member library trustees and staff .The aim of this New York City library is to enable them to meet the changing needs of the readers in Orange, Rockland, Sullivan and southern Ulster counties.
