Get a lot of attention at any party when you walk in with the beautiful bouquet on a plate.

Perfect for bridal or baby shower,amazinggift forbirthdays. The roses made frombiscuit do not need a fridge even at hot summer.

It could be baked days in advance and will just get better when dried for a few days at room temperature. (remember thoseItaliandrybiscuits from jars? - roses are the same)

It could be considered as low fat cookies because there is no butter in the recipe and a very moderate amount of sugar. The cookies are small, it will be a very low calories per a rose.

Everybody (even the ones who watch their diet) could spoilthemselveswith one.

It also great fun to do it with children for a family dinner.

The baking and creatingprocessare easy and do not create a mess.

You only need:

4 eggs;

1/2 cup of sugar (including colored sugar if use);

1/2 cup of white flour;

1 or more spoon of Colored Crystal sugar (used for cakes decoration) to get colored roses

I used 4 teaspoons of red colored sugar for the roses you see on the picture. The roses also look great with yellow or blue colored sugar.

You can get even more creative by using 2 eggs portion (1/2 of recipe) with green colored sugar and create green leaves for decoration instead of the plastic ones I used

4 eggs will provide 15-20 roses with 2-3 petals.
