For some reasons, it becomes very difficult to Force uninstall programs both for me and my friends all around me. When chatting, I always hear some friends complain the difficulties in uninstalling programs and the mess-up of the computer because of the left-down files from the previous uninstall process.

As we all know that, when installing a programs on our computer, there must be some files generated both in our drives and the registry in order to make the program run properly. To completely uninstall a program, I think the first one is to make sure that we have there is none of file associated locating on our computer. We finish this steps by searching it from "Start".
