When it comes to the manufacturing industry, automation has played a very much important role especially when it comes to the production of materials with accuracy and efficiency. But along with the implementation of automated system, there are a lot of manual laborers who are laid-off their jobs since automation eliminated the need for manual laborers. In other words, automation has replaced people when it comes to manufacturing industry.
But then again, it does not necessarily mean that there is no total need for human intervention when a particular automated system is implemented. From time to time, we should still check whether these automated systems are performing what they were intended to do. At the end of the day, they are still machines which need our help in order for them to work.
Somehow, automated has also helped those skilled individuals to have a job especially those who are knowledgeable on how to operate a particular automated system. In this case, automation is considered as an advantage rather than disadvantage.
Let us not look on just the disadvantages of automation instead we should also consider the fact that there are a lot of advantages when it comes to the implementation of automation in different fields which concern employment. With these, we are reminded that there are pros and cons in everything such as in automation.
