You might like the carpet on your friend's home and soon made up your mind to buy an attractive carpet. Have you thought how much hassle you have to go through? Yes, carpets bring about much hassle when it comes to cleaning. Cleaning carpets must be done at least once every year or every 18 months. So isn't this a hassle? How better it was when there was no carpet! This is what people commonly wonder when the time to clean carpets arrives. There are basically four carpet cleaning methods. People widely use the dry cleaning method but the other methods are not that bad.
One such carpet cleaning method is the bonnet carpet cleaning. The bonnet cleaning uses a bonnet with a buffer to clean your carpet. A solvent is first applied on the carpet then the bonnet in rotated with the buffer on the carpet. The bonnet cleans the carpet by vacuuming the soil and dust. The bonnet thus becomes accumulated with soil as it cleans. When the bonnet fills with soil, it is replaced with a new bonnet. After the cleaning process is over, a vacuum cleaner is used to remove the solvent. The carpet is left to dry for about 30 minutes to an hour. The cleaning solvent is sticky and so will not be completely removed on vacuuming. This is why bonnet cleaning method leaves a residue and attracts dust with time. You can get better results if you steam clean your carpet instead of bonnet cleaning method. If there is more time in hand, it is better to steam clean your carpet.
