And 73% working places have no fitness facilities. They usually talk with colleagues by e-mails rather than go out of the office to talk face to face. Besides, they often have lunch in restaurants and intake lots of fat and salt. How to cope with this situation? Experts say that employees should utilize the lunch break to take some exercise in gyms or just take a simple but healthy lunch. Then, they can take a walk which is healthy and helps control their weight. The survey also finds that when employees are under great pressure, they tender to eat snack. They'd better put a bottle of water on their desks and when they are under stress, drink the water instead of eating snacks. In this way, they can better control their weight. 3. After induced abortion If women have induced abortion for some reason, 30-40% of them gain 5-7 kilos. But it is the same with natural childbirth. When hormone level comes back to the normality, the redundant fat can be lost. They don't need to particularly lose weight. 4.
