a) Those interested in Politics
b) One who consider "Politics as not cup of their Tea".
Now, this differentiation is taking a new form simply due to interesting?infoscape of this called Internet.
Young generation is finally developing interest in Politics largely because of presence of Political figures on Internet. On careful statistical analysis of free videos hosting websites [1] a significant phenomenon is emerging. Following are the components of this trend.
Viral Political Parodies of Political Events
Political Parody Ads (e.g Axe)
Political Issue based Speeches and campaign based videos.
Funny Recreational Political Videos.
Photos and Slideshows of Political celebrities.
The Voting?Apathy of young generation is still at high, however their interest in politics is moving above the ladder of thoughts, beliefs and attitudes. This generation is commenting, giving political opinions, political advices to all involved in political process.
Still young really don't care whether or not under or above vote age, Most of them are completely disengaged from the political system. This is in complete contrast to the last 40 years of history when it was youth that led the way in protesting against greed, tyranny and stupidity
(Even if these generations then grew up to be equally greedy, tyrannical and stupid).
The passivity of the younger generation is slowing coming end at least on one internet as Internet is currently run by this young generation.
I hope, this generation will take a stop with the excuses and take responsibility for their future and select their political masters by ballot and well informed web of information and videos.
