Welcome back, this is the second of our six series article on FEAR. Remember we have an anagram for Fear - False Expectations Appearing Real. So the expectation is wrong although we have convinced ourselves that it is real.

We do not want to promote our own business as we are afraid that the person we are pitching it to may not agree to our proposal. Result we are half hearted in our approach, and that shows during our pitching. A negative tone or body language from our side always results in a negative response.

We all know that the humble telephone is one of the best ways of talking to somebody. You can talk to anybody anywhere in the world by the phone on your desk. So, how many of us have tried to use this device to its full potential in marketing our product or services.

We all know that most business numbers are not on the Do Not Call (DNC) List, but we still hesitate. Many amongst us have tried to use the tele-calling method. It did not work. What is the reason? Simple, we called a very few people. Some even called less that twenty-five people before they gave up. If we do not network how will we be able to Network To Your Goal.

If you want to boil a cup of water, you have to heat it to one hundred degrees centigrade. What will happen if we give up when the water has reached eighty degrees? The water will not boil, and then we can always give our selves any excuse that we want.

We will rejoice that our prediction - water do not boil is true and this has been proved again. We will never accept the fact that we were not patient enough. Perseverance my friend is the key; you have to patient and consistent in your efforts.

Coming back to cold calling. How do you propose that people will know about your business if you do not tell them? The only way to overcome fear is to do what you are afraid off with the help of an expert. We are lucky that Michael Bilicska is with us to show us how he has succeeded in living a life like it should be lived.

We can all learn from him the success formula that he has used. We can also use his ideas to get our Network Marketing Business started, and later - flourish. Our big idea Network To Your Goal. If we do not build our network we can never achieve our goal of Financial Freedom.

What will happen if we convince ourselves that we are calling just to overcome that fear of cold call? Just make a cold call to any business, try to stretch the call for more that two minutes. If you can do that it is a success, never mind the negative response to your proposal. That was predictable. In the beginning you will get only negative responses, but keep up the effort. Every NO brings you one step closer to a YES. We cannot be sure that the next call will result in a negative response, but we can be sure that it will take us one step closer to the inevitable YES.
