Once the area is clear simply engage the bodyguards and kill them. As soon as they are dead hunters should Feign Death and rogues should use Vanish. This will allow Overlord Ramtusk to reset along with his 2 bodyguards. You can use this trick endlessly. The object in this exercise is to keep killing the guards and then remove yourself from combat. The reason that you will be doing this is an item that the bodyguards have very good chance of dropping; it is called an Armor Piercer. This item sells to merchants for 58 silver 23 copper. Should you be an enchanter another option is to disenchant the item and sell the materials. The Armor Piercer is known to disenchant into Greater Astral Essence, Large Glimmering Shard, or Soul Dust. All of these materials sell very well on most servers.
