The Indiana Institute of Technology is a small, private college located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Indiana Tech was founded in 1930 as a for-profit private technical college by John A. Kalbfleisch, a former president of Indiana Business College. In 1963, the name was changed from Indiana Technical College to Indiana Institute of Technology.
Online classes are offered in an accelerated, interactive format that caters to all students. Most classes span five weeks for undergraduate courses and six weeks for graduate courses. Tuition for online classes is $355 per credit for undergraduates, $465 per credit for graduate (Graduate-Engineering tuition is $525, Undergraduate-Engineering tuition is $380).
To make your education more affordable, Indiana Tech offers several different payment methods for online students. Financial aid is offered to all students who qualify and students in online programs may choose from the following options:
Pre-payment: You must pay for each course before it starts.
Automatic Payment: You can sign an agreement authorizing Indiana Tech to automatically charge your debit card, credit card, checking account, or savings account on the payment due date. If you use this option, all tuition payments must be made through this process.
Voucher/Authorization Process: You can choose this option if your employer uses a voucher system for tuition assistance.
Every student has to fill out an online application, which is $25.
