How to get rid of fear and stress in my fast paced, complex life was a problem that had tormented me for years.

I own a successful online investing business and am the father of two teenage girls. We live in a nice home in an upscale neighbourhood. ButI don't havea life on "easy street". Then it would seem as if my brain just checked out - I had nothing to say, couldn't remember a name, and I worried about what these new people were thinking of me. I felt like running away, rushing out of the room!

Not the best way to impress potential clients!

I think I choose to start an online business as a way to avoid face to face contact with other people. Unfortunately, avoiding situations that normally caused me to feel anxious in a attempt to get rid of my fear actually seemed to make the problem worse!
