Carrie Ann Inaba - Our Favorite Dancing with The Stars Judge
Carrie Ann Inaba, our Favorite Dancing with the Stars Judge, has been a dancer and choreographer for over 20yrs. So who better to become a judge on Dancing with the Stars than Carrie Ann Inaba. I mean, she has worked with everyone from Madonna, to Austin Powers. Yes, it's true. She actually played "Fook Yu" alongside Mike Meyers and Beyonce Knowles in the 2002 Release of "GoldMember".
So you would think that when Andrea Wong, an ABC head, decided to bring Dancing with the Stars over from the UK, she would be the first name called. However that wasn't the case. Carrie Ann had to actually go through a rigorous set of auditions. She had to view old UK shows and sort of do some pretend judging to see how she'd do and how she sort of "Jelled" with the other candidates. However, in the end, Carrie Ann Inaba became the only female Judge for the New and Unique Ballroom Show, Dancing with the Stars.
Carrie Ann, was initially nervous about the doing the show, because there had never been anything like Dancing with the Stars. There was nothing to indicate that the show would be such a huge hit. Nevertheless, it surely did become a hit and a big one. In our humble opinion, not only did Dancing with then Stars become a hit; so did Carrie Ann Inaba.
Now, Carrie Ann Inaba has become the straight talking, vibrant, smiling and extremly credible judge that we all look most forward to seeing every week. We love that she is Passionate, Opinionated and simply....a Star.
