Spending several minutes every evening rewriting your curriculum vitae, or contacting other potential bossed can help you better cope with your stress at your current job.

10. Build rewards into your workweek. Having something to expect makes everyday difficult things more bearable. It can be a special dinner, a movie or massage. When you put in your schedule, no matter where it can help you most and let you think of working hard in advance to get that reward.

11. Provide feedback. As they say, it is much better to give than to get. Give praise and recognition to the other persons at work whenever appropriate. You can feel very good because you let others feel good, and this good feeling will tend to spread.

12. Make your work socialized. Think you will stay together with your coworkers once a week where you talk about a specific work matters once a week. Make good use of the collective brain to find out how to do something better, enhance productivity, or improve relationship.
