subject: Can I Use 2 Vertical Jump Programs [print this page] Hello Everybody, it's Jacob Hiller with the Jump manual and one of the question that I just receive on our new channel page and by the way if you have question you want me to answer questions for you. Click on the ask Jacob link, ask your question there and then you could just voted on questions or ask a question there and I will answer on the videos then you gonna do just subscribe on the channel in order to get those responses. So, the most recent question thatI got was Jacob can I do two programs at once or consecutively. So I get both of those question a lot and I will address the first one now and that is, Can I do two programs, two vertical jump programs at the same time. and your answer is probably not because if you do two programs you probably over train, when I say over training. Another word for over training is under recover because your not getting your body enough time to recover and get stronger. Remember, to gains don't happen to the gym, the gains are gonna happen when your body super compensates and actually builds up your muscles in the gym you break them down and with the proper diet and proper rest recovery, your gonna built it back up. If you do two programs you gonna do break it down, then with the other program you gonna break it down again. Then your body just not enough time to recover super compensate and thus dominate. So, two programs at one time probably not, if those programs some how compliment in each other or if those programs where some how Primetric and resistance program or some how work togother sinnergy then, you know there's potential there. Second question is can I use one pragrams and then do another porgram afterwards. Yeah you can do that, however you wanna think about you might wanna deload. Which means after you done in intense amount of work whether it over a period of time, you don't want to take it deload. Which means lowering your volume or intensity of the exercise you are doing in other your body rest, which a lot of time there could you thou perform it at very high because finally there nervous system and there muscular system and everything is full of recovery and their ready for a high performance. Performing at there very best. okay? So, really a lot of people here's what their thinking. They seeing one program that says I would promise you this inches and we see another program that says we promise you that inches, what they actually thinking is I just wanna get the 10 inches here, and this one I gonna get 10 inches and this one I'll do three up then I get 30 more inches on vertical, Well really what you need to do is customize your training to your self and thats why we have one of the big things is that we have our tracking sheets. The Tracking sheets is easily are gonna like easily core on days, games, a certains part of your training with games and vertical leap. So that I highly recommend that you would be using our tracking sheets which are really mean't to show you where you gonnna be gaining and how it's gonna could relate with your performance gains or make tracking sheets on your own. And with those tracking sheets and with the, or you could cover our coaching seasons or find a trainer who's qualified coach or trainer that would help you out. Their gonna note you personalize that programs and if your Jumpmanual user you obviously noted come to our coaching sesson, we have them every week, we scheduled them whether text support center and we talk about year specific training and how to customize the program cause it really does'nt matter what program you are using, If you don't have someone who's gonna help you tell that program there usually more you can get out off it, based on your personal situation. So, anyways. How that relates to the question is the more information your able to get about how your training is perciding the better you customize it and know what the program or what direction you should take your current training. So don't just think you gonna do this program, do this program. You need to progress and really you gonna take control you of training and your gains and by understanding for you should know where your weaknesses are and how to continue (argumenting?) all of those continue. I mean continue fixing and building upon your weaknesses. Really taking a comprehensive approach of not only okay I have this strength and weaknesses. all I gonna do of work is our weaknesses, NO. You got strenght and weaknesses, work on your strength as well and work on your weaknesses. as long they don't contridict each other or that there not some how mutually exclusive. Anyways, I probably talk more than I should of about this question. But If I haven't answered the question you would like me to or you have further questions about it, Post comments below or go to our channel. Click this button and ask it to our channel page. So I hope this help out and I will talk to you soon.
