Fear of Flying - Help Ease Your Anxiety With This Simple Method When You Have To Fly

Are you having a hard time boarding an airplane because you have a fear of flying? The anxiety a person has because of this fear is hard enough to deal with but now with the added security at all the airports with the body scans or having to get patted down, this can turn into an outright nightmare.

If you have a fear of flying like I did, then I'm sure you will try to find any other way of transportation to get where you need to go besides flying, but there will come a time that you'll have no choice but to fly if you absolutely have to get somewhere.

Here's a little technique that will help ease your anxiety when a panic attack strikes because of your fear of flying.

"Muscle Tension Method"

When a person becomes afraid the muscles in the body will start to tense up. This is a natural reaction for anyone when fear strikes. What we're going to do is use the muscle tension you already have when the fear of flying strikes and use this tension to relax you.

Here is what you do. When the fear and anxiety of flying starts to show, intentionally tighten your stomach and leg muscles and hold the tension for 5 seconds, then slowly release the tension and pause for 5 seconds. Repeat this sequence 10 times.

You will be surprised what a simple technique like this can do for you when the fear of flying strikes you. I thought it was silly and wouldn't work but let me tell you, it helped me get through a tough time when I had a fear of flying. Give it a try next time and see if this technique won't help you also.

If you have a mild case of anxiety and fear this simple technique might be all you need. But if your fear of flying is beyond a simple fix, you need to Pay Close Attention

You can cure your fear of flying or any other fears you have for good by using this Power Technique that has helped people just like you!
