For as long as I can remember, one of the best ways to curb excess body weight is to have an exercise program. I remember being taught in primary Home Economics the need for proper and regular exercises. My teacher said it helps digest food.

Over the years I have come to realize that people who have a regular exercise program maintain good physique, are smarter and generally live longer. They hardly fall ill at all.

Having the knack for reading and being informed, I recently read somewhere that to maintain proper health exercising for 30 to 60 minutes daily is a requirement. I had taught 3 times a week was okay. But 30 minutes daily. What has it got to offer?

Quickly I went about experimenting this new found knowledge. Before long i noticed something quite remarkable. I have always liked the idea of buying some of my sleeping time to do more up-building things like reading and planning. But my sleep has always been getting the better of me.

With my new exercise routine I now have absolute control over the amount of time I spend sleeping. If my alarm clock is set to 4 a.m., by that time I am fully awake and concentrate on my reading. I no longer feel drowsy.

At times lack of time and activities make me forget to put in my 30 minutes. No sooner had I stopped than I drift back to my weak and sleepy state. If I reorganize myself and get back to the 30 minutes a day program things change.

I've now incorporated this 30 minutes into my calendar. 6 a.m. of everyday is for keeping fit. I jog for 30 minutes around my center table, right inside my sitting room. The results are innumerable.

*I now have a trimmer physique.

*I am more relaxed and concentrate more.

*ironically, I sleep well these days.

*I move bowel regularly.

*stress is reduced.

*I have plenty of time to read, plan and better myself.

*I have better retentive memory.

*sickness is kept at bay.

For 30 minutes of your time you can join me in enjoying all these wonderful things and more by embarking on a daily exercise workout. All you need do is reschedule your activities and stick to the time. You will start seeing great results immediately.
