If youre walking past, try not to slow down, but if you do, make sure to at least keep yourself mobile. Be weird. If the person just wont leave you alone, start making strange facial expressions, raise the pitch of your voice to an unbearably high sound or scratch your armpits. Hopefully youll be able to stave the person off with repulsion. Set off your car alarms. Grab your key and discretely set it off. Hopefully this will scare the guy off and you can continue on your way. Call someone. If all else fails grab your cell phone and call a friend.
