A few days back a person commented on a few forums about illegal activities in the layout :) Funny as it may sound the person also spoke about dead cattle being dug up in BDA sites. Another person commented about how badly he wanted to construct here but how he sees no point in doing so for a few years atleast. A person was earlier mentioning that rates here should not be beyond 1200!!. The same person is ready to pay 700-800 in Bagalur or Hosur!!
The group that seems to be commenting does seem to have an agenda. What is this agenda is left to anybody's guess:)
That trend apart I haven't seen any reduction in interested people visiting the layout on weekends. Some reliable sources have revealed that most of the transactions for 30*40 or bigger sites have happened in the vicinity of 2000 / sq ft. Now is this an attractive rate? It depends on why one would want to buy. For short term speculative buyers the rates don't look attractive. For people who want to have their own house here or people with long term investment in mind any rate upto 2300 looks attractive for now.
A few developments noticed in the vicinity of the layout are,
Water pipeline laying activity has crossed the KSIT area and is progressing towards Sharma transport road.
Atleast 10-15 new house construction noticed in areas from 1st to 4th block.
Electrical wires are being relaid in areas where they had been destroyed.
