How do all of these organizations think that so many people that have been smoking for thirty or forty years go started in the first place? They were young kids who were allowed to walk into stores and use their allowance money to purchase tobacco with no questions asked. Thank goodness we have moved beyond such stupidity as that and it is not nearly as easy for kids to buy tobacco and the e cigarette distributors so not want their products to be purchased by minors either.
Unless a parent gives their kids access to their credit or debit card information, it would be very difficult for a minor to be able to order an electric cigarette product over the Internet. Withholding this kind of information from a child or teenager is a parent's responsibility. There are many products sold on the Internet that are specifically for adults and it is not that easy for kids to be able to order these products. Parent's must take responsibility for their own children and it is a difficult task. However, parents can not expect the rest of the world to stop marketing to adults because they can not control what their children are doing. Children should have supervision when they are on the Internet because there are a lot worse things than just purchasing an electric that they can get into. The are child predators for one that has become a huge problem because there are so many perverts in the world and so many parents are not paying attention.
However, many electric cigarette companies are not offering flavored nicotine products because the FDA and other groups have given them such a hard time about it. This is really sad because it is placing a stigma on the product that it does not deserve any more than any other product that is offered in flavors that are meant for adults only.
