Azshara's Veil will additionally retain some value since it is largely found underwater, which makes it more difficult to collect.
Two other ways you can earn gold in Cataclysm are by skinning and farming. By gathering the new varieties of scales, skinners will be able to render the raw materials for the new leg enchants, which are bound to be expensive. You can skin these scales off of any type of black dragon in the Cataclysm zones, but I have found the Twilight Highlands to be the best place to collect scales.
In addition to black dragons, players will find a variety of elemental creatures in the Twilight Highlands. Users can defeat these elementals in order to gather tons of the new volatile elementals. Since the demand for these materials will be so high, you can sell them for a lot of gold. In particular, I suspect that the volatile fire and volatile life will fetch the biggest prices, just because they are in very high demand.
