Ms. Hollo said, With bittersweet anticipation, I am transitioning out of the company by December 31stnot to retire, but to explore the potentials of what some people may refer to as a well-earned sabbatical, and what I consider a threshold to new challenges, explorations and opportunity.
A native of St. Louis, Ms. Hollo joined Cassidy Turley in 1980 and immediately began to display a special knack for leasing, sales, financial analysis, and negotiations in a highly competitive business. Specializing in industrial sales and leasing, she has represented many local and national clients in complex commercial real estate transactions throughout her tenure with the firm.

Hollo is a Past Chairman of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors Metro Market Review and has been a featured speaker at industry forums. She has served as a volunteer and active leader in the St. Louis community for organizations including Girls, Incorporated, Junior Achievement and The Head Injury Association, among others. At Cassidy Turley, Hollo was a three-time winner of the Clarence M. Turley Sr. Award for excellence in performance, style and creativity.
Hollo said, I am very fortunate to have been associated with a top-quality commercial real estate organization for the last 30 years that has offered many opportunities to perform and excel. For this reason, my approach to this new adventure is not without the feelings a person encounters when saying goodbye to family.
Those who know me well, including many good friends, associates and officers at Cassidy Turley, know that I have been considering this decision for several years. If my choice now coincides with anything, it is with Cassidy Turleys move to new space at Centene Plaza in Clayton, a great facility yet, for me, the time seems right to pursue new horizons.
