subject: Bachelor Of Law Is The Start [print this page]

While still studying in college I need to apply to Universities to further my education, getting admission to a university is quite difficult which is why I am applying now to avoid the disappointment of not getting into a university of my choice.

As I was growing up my parents always said to me that education is very important, studying will get you far in life and I should make the most of what I am being offered. I couldnt understand what they meant by that but then one day as I was watching the news I was shocked to find out that in many poor countries they dont haveschoolsfor children to study in.

Watching the news was a wakeup call as it made me realise that we take school and colleges for granted where as in other countries its a ticket for the lottery. Since then I have been concentrating on finishing my education and making my parents proud.

After months of discussing with my parents, I have decided to study Law in Kent. There are many fields in Law but to further any of them I would have to start with an undergraduate course in Bachelor of Law. After completing this course I will be qualified to apply for membership of the law society.

As I would like to be a Solicitor I will have to complete the Legal Practice Course and subsequently complete a two year training contract after I obtain my undergraduate qualification. It will be a long and tough journey but I intend to finish every step.
