Build Muscle Quickly - The Best Technique for Building Muscle!

If you want to burn fat and build muscle quickly and effectively, you need to do the appropriate exercise program. Keep in mind that the hardest fat to get rid of is localized fat, or fat that has accumulated in particular body areas such as the abdomen. Dieting will help you get rid of the so-called easy fat or generalized body fat, but it is not effective at eliminating localized fat. Instead you have to adopt carefully designed training protocols that create the proper environment for getting rid of fat in trouble areas.

The causes of local fat accumulation are hormones in your body that influences fat storage: estrogen, insulin and cortisone. While these three hormones play vital roles in proper body functioning, they also help promote the accumulation of fat in visceral areas such as the belly. For example, estrogen is a female sex hormone that contributes to arousal while cortisone regulates body functions such as blood pressure and insulin release and is usually secreted into the bloodstream during times of stress. Of these three hormones, estrogen is the worst culprit. Hence, in order to combat excess estrogen from the body, you have to produce more testosterone. To produce more testosterone, you need to adopt a regular density training program. This will really help you to build muscle quickly.

Density training involves doing an increased amount of exercise in over the same period of time you do your regular workout. You can do this by increasing the amount of repetitions you do over the same amount of time or doing your typical routine but in a shorter period. For example, if you normally do 20 repetitions of a particular exercise in 10 minutes, do 21 or 22 in the same amount of time and gradually work your way up. Alternatively, you can do 20 repetitions but aim to do them in 9 minutes, 30 seconds and make the time progressively shorter. If you combine this routine with a high-calorie diet, you can build muscle quickly.

In order to address elevated levels of cortisone or insulin resistance, you will have to do specific variations of density training that tackle these particular problems, such as Lactic Acid Training or Dynamic Training. These workouts are not only great at reducing excess amounts of these hormones, they are also very effective for overall fat reduction.
