The fat creeps up on you before you even know it. Seems like you wake up one day and you are fat. The worst part of the fat is the fat that settles around your middle. You know you have reached middle age when you have belly fat! Or should I say you feel like you have reached middle age when you realize you have belly fat!

You realize you have to diet! You search the internet for a diet focused on losing belly fat. You know if you can find a diet that stresses fat loss then weight loss will follow! All the diets that tell you how to lose belly fat, stress eating fruits and vegetables, high fiber foods, and protein rich foods.

It seems like you gained the weight overnight but it sure does not come off that quickly. What is a person to do? You want a faster way to lose weight, but you are not willing to do surgery.

In a normal day you do all the daily activities any other working mother does. How is it that you can fit in all of your other activities but cannot find time to exercise? You find time to brush your teeth, take a shower, prepare diner, and all the other activities to make it through a normal day. How can you do those activities and you cannot find the time for exercise? Could it be that you have not included exercise into your day as a daily activity, just like brushing your teeth?

You made time for teeth brushing because you did not want your teeth to rot out of your mouth. You found time to take a shower because you did not want to have a foul odor. Did you know that if you do not exercise, you get fat? Is that an incentive strong enough to get you to exercise?

Exercise needs to be part of your daily activity just like brushing your teeth, taking a shower, etc. If you want to have fat loss, you must exercise!

Here are a few tips to help you make time to exercise or to make it more fun

1. Workout with a friend.

Working out with someone makes the exercise easier to take. It also makes the time pass faster! It can also make the exercise more fun! You can exercise and laugh together and enjoy the camaraderie.

2. Take an IPOD with you.

Listening to music as you exercise takes the boredom out of it! Kick the boredom right out of your routine! Turn on the music and dance or walk or run. Do Whatever it takes to get moving!

3. Do something you love to do for your exercise!

Hula Hoop. Ride a bike. Take a walk. Dance. The stars do it so can you. You can dance away the fat! If you do something you love, the time will fly!

4 . Start slow.

Exercise fifteen to twenty minutes at a time starting out. Only exercise three or four times per week to start. As you grow stronger, increase the amount of time you exercise and the number of times per week that you work out!

Remember exercise is a great fat loss plan. It revs up your metabolism and you can lose weight faster.

Hit the gym or the front yard if you are going to use a Hula Hoop!

Just get moving until next time!
