There are people who would believe whatever is shown to them and there are people who would see whatever is shown, analyze it and then only decide whether whatever is being shown worthy of being trusted upon or not. Just take an example of SynapseIndia complaints. Well there are few who just believed whatever they found written about Paritosh Agrawal or SynapseIndia. Complaints, which I saw posted online, only encouraged me to find out the truth behind all those bad words spreading online about the company and in particular about Paritosh Agrawal.
While I was just mulling over who could have posted those complaints and why, I suddenly met a very good friend of mine who told me that she has been working with SynapseIndia for quite a long time now. To my surprise, she told me that the SynapseIndia complaints are nothing but the deeds of some miscreants who are perhaps trying to malign the reputation of the company and Paritosh.
She further told me that Paritosh Agrawal is a man of principles and would go all out to ensure the organizational goals are met as imagined. He is a person who encourages the deserving and honest employees, while at the same time, is strict on those who play politics or try to spoil the integrity and positivity in the organization.
Her revelation made me think, it's always better to make your own decisions and opinion about the people, places, and just anything you come across rather than believing whatever is told or shown to you.
