Set in the area of Playa Golf Campoamor, this villa has its own driveway and is fully furnished throughout. The driveway leads to the sun terrace and then into the spacious lounge and dining room where there are 2 settees, one of which is a sofa bed, and dining table and chairs. The fitted kitchen is well equipped with fridge freezer, hob, oven, washing machine, toaster, kettle and microwave.
Also on the ground floor is a shower room with toilet and washbasin. The 2nd floor accommodates the twin and double bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and a private balcony leading off the main bedroom, and a spacious family bathroom. The large roof solarium with sea views is on the top level. A TV and DVD player is installed for your entertainment. There are tables, chairs and sun loungers should you wish to sunbathe, relax or dine outdoors. The lovely communal pool with its grassed area is close by, as are 3 golf courses and the beach.
