4-Stop not eating all day, then eating one meal-this is the easiest way to pile on the pounds, not take them off.
5-Drink AT LEAST 8 glasses of water every day-how many times must you hear that one before you actually do it? IT WORKS!!

7-Forgive yourself in advance-there will be setbacks, you can't change everything overnight. Just don't make a habit out of the setbacks.
8-Set manageable milestones-you can lose a lot of fat in a little bit of time, it's possible. How about we knock out that first pound first.
